But coaching is about much more than writing workouts and meals plans.

I believe great coaching is about education and problem-solving too. My goal is to educate you so that have the power to make choices for your own goals and health and ensure life-long, sustainable success.

I have seen the damage that misinformation can do. Women starving themselves on 1,000 calorie diets, doing endless hours of cardio, and buying into a new fad diet year after year. Others following plans that are completely counterproductive, or worse, lead to injury. Women struggling to lose weight because everything they’ve being sold is a lie.

I’m on a mission to change the mindset of women everywhere. To empower them to lift, eat, and live a healthy, balanced life.

In-Person, Virtual & Hybrid Training Options

Depending on your needs, time, location, and availability, several package options are available

IN-PERSON

For clients who live in the Jacksonville Beach area and would like the benefits of 1-1 in person training.

Options to train 2, 3 or 4 days per week.

VIRTUAL

For clients who live outside the area or do not have the time availability to train in-person.

A carefully curated platform to give virtual clients the same level of service as in-person clients.

HYBRID

For clients who live in a nearby area and would like some in-person checkins, but do not have the time availability to train frequently in person.

Options to train in person 1-4 times per month.

  • Corrective exercises, specific stretches and rehab where necessary to improve and optimize movement

  • Crushing your goals often comes down to mindset and habits. Building positive habits and a resilient mindset are key but are often left out when it comes to coaching programs. We focus on them to help you.

  • Access to tailored app for exercise program prescription, workouts, exercise videos and checkins & assessments. Keep track of your progress and goals all in one place.

  • Message your coach anytime for feedback, questions or help.

    Regular video/phone check-ins

  • Expert coaching on how to perform exercises correctly and optimally in order to get the best results and avoid injury.

    Virtual clients use video coaching for feedback on technique.
